This week we're introducing a new Italian cookie, welcoming back one of our longtime favorites, and sharing a few rustic summer specialties we've been baking fresh.
San Pellegrino Cookies
These traditional half-moon shaped shortbread cookies originate from San Pellegrino Terme in Lombardy. Made with flour, butter, milk, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Simple, buttery, and lightly sweet, they're the kind of everyday cookie you'll find in neighborhood bakeries throughout Northern Italy.

Our iconic Gelatine di Frutta returns for a limited time. We've been making these all-natural fruit jellies since the very beginning of Emporio Rulli. Made with fresh fruit purée and available in assorted flavors and freshly packed in boxes of 3 or 6.
