We love beginning the New Year with a tradition that feels both celebratory and timeless. On January 6th, the Feast of the Epiphany marks the close of the Christmas season, a moment that bakeries across Europe honor with the King’s Cake.
Our Epiphany (King’s) Cakes are now ready for pickup. Each cake is beautifully finished with candy jewels and a crown, and includes a ceramic charm hidden inside—a nod to the traditional fève. Whoever finds it in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day!
This year’s Epiphany Cakes are offered in four distinctive flavors, each finished with our signature puff pastry and frangipane filling.
Milan Meets Paris - Panettone frangipane layered with rum-soaked raisins and Agrimontana orange marmalade, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry. A meeting of Italian tradition and French pastry.
Classico - A timeless combination of almond and rum frangipane baked in all-butter puff pastry. Elegant, familiar, and deeply comforting.
Dubai - Pistachio frangipane blended with tahini and kataifi, offering a rich, nutty filling with subtle Middle Eastern influence and delicate crunch.
L’America - Frangipane filled with cinnamon-spiced baked almonds, warm and aromatic, inspired by classic American flavors through an Italian lens.
